## Tools and prices (USDC per call)

- list_events ($0.005): Curated, clustered market events from NataPulse (published only).
- get_event ($0.005): Full detail of a published event: body, public scores, citable sources (provenance with direct links), cluster and related public reports.
- list_narratives ($0.02): Emerging market narratives detected across sources, with public score, trend, momentum and a 12-point sparkline.
- get_narrative ($0.03): Detail of one narrative plus the event clusters that feed it.
- list_reports ($0.005): Generated intelligence reports (catch-up, event, ticker, theme…).
- get_report ($0.05): Full report detail: markdown body, references/citations and quality breakdown of the published versions.
- search ($0.005): Keyword search across published events, clusters and reports.

## Payment (x402)

- Call a priced tool with no payment: HTTP 402 + `PAYMENT-REQUIRED` header (the challenge).
- Retry the same request with a signed `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE` header.
- Response carries `PAYMENT-RESPONSE` with the on-chain receipt.
- Asset: USDC on Base mainnet (eip155:8453). Max price per call: $0.05.
- Per-wallet defaults: 2000 calls/day, $10/day, 30 req/min.

## Boundaries

- Read-only surface over published, public data. No private or unpublished content.
- Payments are final (no chargebacks). Replayed payment receipts are rejected.
